Smart LifeSciences

The world’s first self-refrigerated, cloud-based shipping box with a mission to save lives, improve patient outcomes, and reduce waste. The Ember Cube is designed to tackle some of Healthcare’s biggest problems - medication efficacy, loss and spoilage, waste and patient adherence. Utilizing advanced technology, including a return-to-sender feature to significantly reduce the shipping waste created by temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals. The Ember Cube will replace the current industry standard of single-use shipping materials such as Styrofoam, ice packs and cardboard to collectively reduce millions of pounds of waste produced each year.
